  • Bed & Breakfast – Bed and breakfast only. Pay for lunch and dinner as you go. Popular for stop-overs and transit.

Family, Groups & Guides

  • Pensioners 65+: 25% off – you’ve earned it. Charged at 75% of full rate.
  • Third adult sharing: 75% of rate – perfect for friends sharing a cottage.
  • Children: Under 3 years stay FREE sharing with adults (max 2). Age 4-9 pay 50%, Age 10-15 pay 75%.
  • Driver/Guide: We host your driver. 30,000 UGX per night with same meals as guest booking. No need to book outside the park.

  • Sport Fishing: $250 per person
  • Chimpanzee Tracking: $130 per person
  • Breakfast at the Top of the Falls: $45 per person (discount available for groups of 8+ pax)
  • Traditional Cultural Performance: UGX 65,000 per person (minimum 10 pax required)

Day Visitor & Stopover Packages

  • Activity Stopover: $50 / UGX 189,000 per person (Includes Zip line, Pool access, Lunch, Soft Drink, and Tea/Coffee).
  • Freshen Up Package: $10 / UGX 38,000 per person (Includes Tea/Coffee, Fruit salad, and Bathroom access).

Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) Park Fees & Regulations

  • Park Entry Fees (Per 24 Hours): Park entrance fees are set by UWA and are separate from lodge charges:
  • Foreign Non-Residents: $45 per person
  • Foreign Residents: $35 per person
  • East African Residents: UGX 25,000 per person
  • Top of the Falls Entrance Fee: Non-Residents: $10 per person | East African Residents: UGX 10,000 per person.
  • Park Gate Hours: Park gates operate on strict schedules. Sambiya River Lodge is not liable for travel delays that result in missing UWA gate opening times.
