Sambiya River Lodge is built for small to mid-size groups who want to work, celebrate, and stay together inside Murchison Falls National Park. We sleep up to 60 guests, host up to 40 delegates for meetings, and offer exclusive use of the whole lodge when you need total privacy.

For 10 to 40 delegates who want to get work done without town distractions. We set up a quiet meeting space under the natural canopy, keep Wi-Fi strong in the lounge, and plan meals around your safari schedule. Do sessions in the morning, head out for a game drive on the Honeymoon Circuit or a nature walk with our resident UWA ranger in the afternoon.

Bring your team out of the office. Mornings for strategy, afternoons for boat cruise to the bottom of the falls, game drives on the new Heart of the Park circuit, and guided walks straight from the lodge. Add canopy walk, zipline and high swing overlooking the river for team challenges, and finish around the campfire.

Much easier when everyone stays together inside the park. We arrange group meals, handle birthdays poolside, and keep kids busy in the supervised Family Corner while adults relax on the river deck. With 24 cottages, 2 pools, and a floodlit salt-lick watering hole right in front of the restaurant, you don’t need to plan much.

A low-stress alternative to town venues. Say your vows under the huge sausage tree by the seasonal river, host dinner under the forest canopy or on the river deck, and let your 60 guests walk home to their cottages. It’s intimate, private, and 15 minutes from Top of the Falls for sunset photos.
